Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India and select international locations (where supported).
Estimated delivery timelines shown on the Website may vary due to courier delays or external factors.
For deliveries outside India, the courier service should be arranged and paid for by the customer. We will hand over the shipment to the customer’s choice of courier.
Orders above ₹500 qualify for free shipping only within India.
Bulky or high-volumetric-weight items may incur additional delivery charges.
Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

    Customers may return a product and request a replacement or refund if the product received:

    Differs in color from what was ordered.

    Differs in measurements from the specifications provided

    Is not the model ordered.

    Differs in quantity from what was ordered.

    Is defective.

    Arrives in a damaged condition.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition for returns.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, including price tags, accessories, and any freebies. The product must not have been used or tampered with in any way.
We may request a video of the customer opening the product package to verify no tampering occured. Failure to provide this evidence may result in the return not being processed.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days (not working days).
The product will be returned at no additional cost. We will arrange for a pickup team to handle the replacement or refund process.
Refunds are only issued after we receive the product and complete its inspection.
Order cancellations are only allowed before packaging, and refunds will be processed automatically. Once your order has been packed, cancellations are no longer permitted.
Warranty & After-Sales Service

We may assist in connecting customers with service providers but are not responsible for warranty outcomes or delays.
Loyalty Program
Customers are awarded 50 free loyalty points upon completing registration.
Registered customers also earn loyalty points based on product purchases.
Loyalty points cannot be redeemed on the customer’s first purchase at Ananthaonline.com and can only be redeemed from their second purchase onwards.
Points have no cash value.
We may modify or discontinue the loyalty program without notice.
