Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed. Once an order has been packed, it can no longer be cancelled. To cancel, customers should navigate to the ‘Order History’ page on Ananthaonline.com and cancel their orders there.

We will automatically initiate the refund process once the order is cancelled provided it hasn’t been packed. This process typically takes 3 working days. Refunds will be processed through Razorpay to the original mode of payment used.
