    Customers may return a product and request a replacement or refund if the item received:

    Differs in color from what was ordered.

    Differs in measurements from the specifications provided.

    Is not the model ordered.

    Differs in quantity from what was ordered.

    Is defective.

    Arrives in a damaged condition.

The product will be replaced at no additional cost. We will arrange for a pickup team to handle the replacement or refund process.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, including price tags, accessories, and any freebies. The product must not have been used or tampered with in any way.

We highly recommend that customers record a video while unboxing their package. This serves as helpful evidence of an untampered product and ensures a smoother return process if needed.
