We directly ship the products from our own warehouse. High standards of packing procedures are followed, and considerable care is taken while packing. We generally deliver within the time specified on the product page (in working days).

There are no delivery charges for orders above Rs. 500. If the total bill value is less than Rs. 500, a charge of Rs. 50 will be applied for deliveries within India. In cases where the volumetric weight of bulky products exceeds their actual weight, free delivery may not be available for shipments to distant locations.

Overseas customers are required to arrange and pay for the courier of their choice. We shall handover the package to their selected courier service and they will deliver it to the customer. Overseas customers might have to pay for other applicable charges in accordance with the laws of their respective countries.

All transit and tracking details will be sent by SMS and/or email.
